5th IIR/IIF International Conference on Magnetic Refrigeration at Room Temperature |
Magnetic refrigeration is an environment friendly and a high energy efficiency solution to modern cooling. Since its creation in 2005, Thermag brings together scientists from universities, research institutions and industry and provides a forum for presentation and discussion on advanced research in magnetocaloric materials and refrigeration systems.
After Montreux (Switzerland, 2005), Portoroz (Slovenia, 2007), Des Moines (Iowa-USA, 2009), Baotou (China, 2010), the fifth edition Thermag V will be held in Grenoble, the French magnetism & electricity Valley, a famous pole of technology & research.
The meeting is organized jointly by Grenoble Electrical Engineering Laboratory and Institut Néel, pioneer laboratories in France on Giant MCE materials and their applications in magnetic refrigeration.
On behalf of the Organizing Committee we are happy to welcome you to Grenoble
