Oral Presentation

The conference will provide Keynote, invited and oral presentations. The duration allocated to each kind of presentation is given below and includes question and answer time:

• 45 min for Keynote presentation
• 30 min for invited presentation
• 15 min for oral presentation

The organizer will provide a public computer in the venue. The speakers should bring a USB drive/memory stick available with a copy of their presentation. Only power point & pdf files are accepted. The presentation should be uploaded by the organizers preferentially at the beginning of the conference and at the latest a few minutes before the start to the oral session.

Poster Presentation

The poster session is an excellent forum for discussions and exchange of scientific information. To promote this interaction, posters should be put up as soon as possible. The authors are asked to bring the posters by themselves, no local printing is provided during the conference.

The organizer will provide a board and the necessary to paste the poster which should be no larger than A0 format (Height: 118.8 cm & Width: 80.0 cm). The poster should have large legible text and figures easily read from a distance of 1 meter and should describe the results in a manner that would be clear to a reader in the author’s absence .
