Gala Dinner

The dinner will take place in the famous restaurant "Le Téléférique".
Local and seasonal food, reasonable prices «à la carte» or packages with travel included «formule» (listed below), it’s also an ideal place for a drink with friends or to take a family break.
On the panoramic terrace overlooking the town with the Alps in the background, day and night, the view is magnificent.

Visits program


During the conference a tour is planned arround Grenoble in the Chartreuse Mountains.

•  First a visit of the Museum of the Chartreuse Monks.

In the hearth of the Chartreuse Mountains, this unique site is just 2 km from the famous monastery founded by St Bruno in 1084.
Located in the most beautiful section of the Chartreuse mountain range, this Museum - housed in a 12th century building - was once part of the Monastery and was the home of the Chartreuse Brothers from the 12th to the 17th century. You may ask for information in English and rent an audio-guide.

•  Second a visit of the Chartreuse Cellars.

Visit the longest liqueur cellar in the world, and the distillery of the Chartreuse Monks.
Guided tours of the cellars are free and include a complimentary liqueur tasting.
Discover an exciting video about the mysterious recipe for the liqueur, plus a dramatic 3D MOVIE tracing the history of the secret manuscript. (Presented in a specially built air-conditioned theatre).
